There may be minimal additional fees for certain software depending on the options you choose. Some fees will be payable directly to the software supplier, others such as QuickBooks Online and payroll would be purchased through Year End Experts at a discounted rate starting at $10/month. You must also purchase your own printer cheques, if required.
The majority of our clients simply scan or take a picture of their receipts and invoices using their smart phone, and upload them to our cloud document storage. With the cloud document storage option, your bank and credit card statements as well as many of your bills are automatically uploaded on a regular basis, saving you time. A few of our clients email us their bank and credit card statements, invoices and receipts. Alternatively, you can mail all your documents to our office or drop them off in person if you are based in Toronto or GTA.
If you’re already using an accounting software, transactions are counted by running a General Ledger report for a monthly period and adding the number of entries going through your bank and credit card GL accounts plus the number of invoices you issue and receive on monthly basis. Alternatively, you could add together the number of transactions on each of your bank and credit card statements plus the number of invoices you issue and receive. If applicable, you’ll add petty cash expenses. These are guidelines to give you a rough estimate but it often ends up to be lower than this once we take a look at your individual case. We can help you figure this out.

Absolutely! Simply send us your latest corporate tax return or last trial balance and we will either continue booking your transactions using your current system, or roll forward your last trial balance to a new system. We will ensure the continuity of your bookkeeping is kept intact.
No. We accept various forms of payment such as e-transfers, post-dated cheques, and direct debit. Your payment will be due on the first day of each month.
Absolutely. We don’t have annual or long-term contracts. All of our plans are month-to-month. Your data is stored on cloud making it easy for you to retrieve your documents and reports should you ever wish to cancel your service.
